Set up: Booth set up will be Thursday, Nov 9 from 5 – 11 pm or Friday Nov 10 from 6- 7 am. Booth take down can start after the afternoon break, Nov 11.
Booth Attendees: Number of attendees as indicated to staff the booth. Additional attendees are $200.
Hotel Rooms: Call the Hyatt regency Vancouver. Rates start at $249 (CDN). Book rooms by October 19, 2023 to guarantee availability.
Attendees: The event expects between 80 – 100 attendees.
Whova App: Our official event app is Whova. Download the app and find our event. Registered exhibitors will get an announcement. You will also have a virtual booth in addition to the booth at the event. Build that out with instructions form Whova.
